Rockruff was a puppy, what in the world did he know about book filing systems?

Not much of nothing actually. Sénon had brought him here so that he could help using his KEEN EYE sight, yet it was no help here.

Luckily the rock-dog had another skill to get the job done.

Using his profound scent of smell he was able to help carry each book to its proper location by matching scent to its previous location.

Melody had signed up her chatot to help out with this pokejob, he had an amazing keen eye which was useful for her as an artist. She at times needed a close eye on certain art pieces and Chatot was an amazing Pokémon for that. [break][break]

Chatot would fly over to a pile station and then look at the title before using his feet and flying up while holding to book to place them back in their proper place. Melody cheered him on from the sides as she was too much of a klutz to do this job, he was doing an exceptional job so melody left it to him.

Of course his avians were capable. Even if most of them lived out in the wilds around the Sanctuary, they were also quite often called in for assistance—and this included hauling boxes upon boxes of stuff towards the storage facilities.

Well, at least the Pidgeot was sharp of sight enough to pick out numbers. Roughly, because she and Idun the Fearow alternated with looking tirelessly at those numbers whenever the weird humans that worked for their main human ‘owner’ were hauling piles of files to be digitized—

And so the Pidgeot grabbed a book and headed off towards the nearest shelf, flying up until she found a spot and slotted said book into an empty space.

More books to sort, thanks to the Keen Eyes she had.

He had borrowed a Pokemon from an acquaintance for this, and while he did not know this one well, he did find its name amusing. Noc-Noc was a great name and probably one he would steal at some point if he came into possession of a Noctowl of his own. But for now, the focus was on using Keen Eye to help identify where the books should go.

And carrying a whole stack with the strength of a man versed in a lifetime with the International Police and the Rangers? A trifle, really.

Noc-Noc got a treato afterwords for being a good hooter.

The author's name starts with an L, so perhaps he should begin from that section of the library? Even as he spreads his wings and swoops between the shelves with book in tow, Kin can't help but let his gaze wander ever so often, picking out authors and titles of interest and committing their positions to memory.

Perhaps, this could be helpful in his trainer's pursuit for knowledge, whatever it is that she's finding. For now, he just wants to get this done quickly so he can stop breathing in the shower of dust.

While this was something the Sableye often did within their master's lab it definitely wasn't going to pretend to be happy about it. There is a grumbling all while the ghost travels in the darkest parts of the library grabbing books. With it's KEEN EYE it's able to see just where most of the books should be. Though as the small gem pokemon would travel up them. Often it would find that they were in the wrong section entirely. [break][break]

Who is the blasted human that puts Dr. frankenstein in the science section!? Looking around it also used it gem eyes to see the possible culprit, spotting some teenage looking through books and carelessly putting them anywhere willy nilly. Not on their watch nope. PUNISHMENT must happen. [break][break]

Well if you called a book thrown at the back of your head a punishment as that would be all they could get away with in public. But if the Sableye saw this brat again they better watch it. For now it'll continue climbing the shelves to gain some money for later.

Jesus Christ it took me a while to get to this

It took her a while to actually understand what she was supposed to do. Keen Eye or not, she was not 'well-studied' in anything other than drilling holes into people.

Eventually however, she more or less figured out what she needed to do by copying a nearby Pidgeot. Thank God there were other people here, because she doubted her own trainer had any idea of how this 'decimal' system worked either.
